As of Summer 2021, Yardi Systems requires that new bank accounts must be verified before they can be used to pay charges. After entering your bank information, you will receive a trial deposit. Within 24-48 hours (excluding weekends and holidays) you will see a deposit appear in your bank account in an amount less than $1.00. After this deposit appears in your bank account, you will return to the portal where you will enter the trial deposit amount in the verification screen.
